Shipping Policy

Handling Time

In-stock orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Shipping Cost

Flat fee shipping anywhere in the US: $10.00. There are no hidden handling fees and no shipping surcharges based on order size.

Coverage

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Discreet Packaging

All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging. The contents are not identified on the outside of the box.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. If your tracking has not updated within 3 business days, contact us at support@optimizedpeptidesolutions.com.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact support within 14 days of the ship date and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right.
