Research Materials Are Final Sale

Because our products are temperature-sensitive research materials whose integrity cannot be verified once they leave our control, opened products cannot be returned or restocked. All sales of opened product are final.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at support@optimizedpeptidesolutions.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will replace the affected items or refund them in full. That is our problem to fix, not yours.

Unopened Returns

Unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery at our discretion. Contact support before sending anything back; returns without prior authorization cannot be accepted. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method once received and inspected. Original shipping fees are not refundable.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Because we ship within 24 hours, contact us as soon as possible.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional days for the credit to appear on your statement.
